爱神传媒has announced several changes to roles within the college鈥檚 Academic Affairs and Student Affairs divisions in order to serve the campus more effectively.
The changes include the following: Luis Ju谩rez will serve as Dean of Students; Dr. Scott Bridger will serve as Director of Global Learning and Service; Dr. Jeffery Campbell will serve as Program Director for the Bachelor of Arts in Christian Ministry and Master of Divinity; and Dr. Sarah Spring will serve as Program Director for the Associate of Arts.
Vice President of Academic Affairs, Dr. Christopher Graham, issued a statement on the latest changes.
鈥湴翊絠s blessed to have staff and faculty who are committed to using their professional knowledge, skills, and experience on behalf of students,鈥 Graham said. 鈥淎ll are cultivators who nurture relationships with students in their classrooms and offices in order to create an environment in which every student is challenged and supported in their preparation to serve as Christian leaders throughout society. Program Directors not only cultivate relationships with students directly, they also collaborate with other faculty and staff to ensure that our administrative and academic policies and procedures also contribute to each student鈥檚 ability to succeed. It is a pleasure to work with such a talented group of colleagues committed to manifesting the college鈥檚 core values as we accomplish the mission of the college in serving students.鈥
Vice President of Student Affairs, Russell Marriott, said that Ju谩rez鈥檚 service as Dean of Students will benefit students immensely.
“Luis has done an excellent job over the last two years serving as Director of Student Services. The new role as Dean of Students is a perfect fit for his gifting, and I believe the students will be blessed with him in the role.”
Ju谩rez said he looks forward to impacting the student body in his new role.
“I am grateful for the opportunity to continue serving students now in the role of Dean of Students and be a catalyst for promoting success and opportunities of growth among all students at 爱神传媒 College. I hope to plant seeds through our initiatives so that our students succeed and flower when they graduate and respond to God鈥檚 call in their life. I take great joy being an effective, responsive agent in students鈥 lives. My hope is that the Office of the Dean of Students provides the support students need to persevere and thrive during their college years at 爱神传媒.”
